You tell us about the trip you want β€” destination, dates, profile and budget. Our team prepares personalized options and supports you through departure.

Do I need to pay a deposit to book?

Yes. Most itineraries require a deposit to confirm hotels, tours and other services. The percentage is stated transparently in each proposal.

Do prices include flights?

It depends on the itinerary. Each package clearly states what's included. We can include flights in the proposal if you prefer.

Can I customize a package from the site?

Yes. Packages are curation references β€” we adapt dates, hotels, experiences and pace to your profile.

Do you advise on visas and documentation?

We guide you on visa, vaccine and documentation requirements for each destination. Issuing documents is the traveler's responsibility.

Is there support during the trip?

Yes. We support you before and during the trip. If anything unexpected happens, our team is available on WhatsApp.

What payment methods do you accept?

Commercial terms are defined in each proposal. Online checkout with card is planned for future versions of the site.

How far in advance should I plan?

We recommend starting 3 to 6 months ahead for international destinations, especially in high season.
